About
Sujayanti is a Co-Founder and the Managing Director of W-ARD FOUR. She is an architect by training and has earned a Masters in Architecture (M.Arch) with a specialization in Healthcare Design from Texas A&M University.
Sujayanti brings 17 years of experience in healthcare design and planning both in the US as well as in India. Her experience includes working with large healthcare delivery systems ranging from multi-specialty, super-specialty hospitals, diagnostics, primary care and day care specialty as well as specialty centers with a focus on Women’s and Children’s, Oncology, etc. During the course of this time she has worked with several large healthcare systems like UAMS, Rex Hospital, NC, Texas Presbyterian, etc in the US and the likes of Fortis, MAX and Apollo in India. Her diverse experience has also afforded her the opportunity to familiarize herself with global patient safety standards like the JCI, NABH, and the FGI Guidelines.
During her time in the United States, Sujayanti has spent close to 13 years between the healthcare teams at HKS Inc, a Dallas-based architectural firm as well as with WHR Architects, a Houston based firm in the capacity of a Medical Planner. Post that she has spent the last four years on developing the healthcare practice in India for HKS in the capacity of Vice President of Healthcare Design
She is also an avid writer and speaker on healthcare and patient safety related issues like Fire Safety, Infection Control and Sound Mitigation

About
Siddharth is the Co-Founder and Director of Architecture at W-ARD FOUR with 14 years of experience spread between India and the US, along with a short stint in Shanghai.
He has a degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and a Masters in Architecture at SAID, University of Cincinnati. He brings with him the capability and the capacity to lead design, detailing and management of Healthcare Architecture projects. His career has provided him with experience that ranges from additions & renovations less than 100,000 sft to leading green field projects in excess of 1.2 million sft of built up, and his project experience includes being the design lead/project lead for multiple healthcare projects for Fortis, Apollo, MAX, Vedanta, Vanke Group, and Erlanger Health Systems TN.
Siddharth is also a passionate believer in sustainable design practices being an integral part of the design and documentation process with real time and tangible savings in the project life cycle cost.
Prior to the inception of W-ARD FOUR, Siddharth has worked as the Design Lead for Gurlitz Architectural in Durham NC, and also as an Associate and a Design Lead/Project Lead for the Healthcare studio at HKS India.
He has also written and spoken on contemporary urban theory, integration of sustainability in architecture and design and facade design and performance for healthcare facilities.
